Booking Terms & Agreement

By booking studio time with Onda Recording, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Deposit & Payment

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and reserve your session. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your booked studio time. Any remaining balance is due by the end of the session unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

The $50 deposit is non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, and the deposit may be transferred to the new session date one time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the deposit being forfeited and a new deposit being required.

Late Arrivals & Session Time

Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time. Arriving late does not extend the session. Additional studio time is subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without notice forfeit their deposit and must submit a new deposit before booking another session.

Studio Conduct & Guests

Clients are responsible for themselves and their guests while on studio property. Onda Recording reserves the right to end a session without refund for unsafe, disruptive, threatening, illegal, or damaging behavior.

Equipment & Property

Clients are responsible for damage to studio equipment or property caused by themselves or their guests through misuse, negligence, or intentional acts. Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the responsible client.

Audio Files & Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for maintaining copies and backups of their completed audio files after delivery. Onda Recording is not responsible for personal belongings left at the studio.

Agreement
